HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS
Share useful learning. Earn fairly.
ICPED invites adults aged 18 or over to recommend its practical learning. Your dashboard shows your assigned commission rate. The default starting rate is 20%, but ICPED can agree a different rate with you. Rate changes affect new checkout journeys only; an existing purchase keeps its captured rate.
What earns commission?
A valid, active referral code supplied during the purchase journey credits one affiliate. The buyer can change or remove it. The commission is the verified GBP purchase amount excluding VAT or other sales tax, before Stripe fees, multiplied by the captured rate and rounded to the nearest penny. A collection or family programme counts as one purchase at its actual price. Scheduled gifts earn from confirmed payment, rather than gift delivery. Self-referrals, fabricated transactions and unpaid or test orders do not earn commission.
Tracking follows the referral link or code used for that journey; there is no long-term referral tracking cookie. It does not promise credit for a later visit without the link or code, another device, a shared link missing its code, or an unknown/inactive code. Link-open counts can include repeats and bots, so they are not unique people. The dashboard is based on ICPED’s verified payment records, not every click or checkout attempt.
Waiting period and fortnightly payments
Each purchase waits 14 full days after confirmed payment. Earnings then become payable and join the next payment run, every 14 days at 09:00 UK time from the first payment date shown in your dashboard. Payments are made manually by ICPED, not automatically by Stripe. Contact ICPED privately to agree how you will be paid; do not put bank details in public posts. No minimum payment threshold is currently set.
Refunded sales earn no commission. Refund requests, partial refunds and disputed or unverified payment states are held from payment while reviewed. A refund after you were paid creates an adjustment against future earnings; your dashboard retains the original record and payment history. Payment records show what ICPED reports paying, not independent bank confirmation. Contact hello@icped.online if a payment has not arrived or a referral appears incorrect; keep the reference, without sending buyer or recipient private links.
Promote with care
Make your financial relationship clear: put a prominent Ad label at the start of promotional posts, before people click. A label such as “affiliate” alone may not be clear enough. See the ASA advertising disclosure guide. Recommend honestly, use accurate prices and descriptions, and do not invent testimonials or promise health, exam, income or other outcomes. Do not spam, pressure families or young people, misuse private information or impersonate ICPED. You are responsible for your own tax and any applicable local obligations on affiliate income. Affiliates do not gain access to learners, account passwords, buyer/recipient contact details or private order links.
ICPED may pause new referrals or close an account for misuse or a programme change, while preserving valid accrued earnings and financial records, subject to refunds, fraud review and legal obligations. Tell ICPED before changing the person or business receiving payments. These terms do not guarantee earnings or create employment. Contact hello@icped.online with questions before accepting. Programme notice: 12 October 2026.
