FROM YOUR FIRST CLICK TO THE FIRST LESSON
Useful learning. Clear next steps.
Buy for yourself or give learning to someone you care about. Here is what you and the learner can expect.
Adult buyers can purchase from the countries listed at checkout, including the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. See all available buyer countries →. Your gift recipient may live elsewhere, subject to suitable account arrangements.
Before you choose: Courses are online and in English. The learner needs an email address they can check, internet access and a suitable phone, tablet or computer. Downloaded tools can be used offline. No suitable email or device? Contact ICPED before paying to check what is possible.
How payment, access and refunds work
Payment is checked. After Stripe confirms payment, the buyer receives payment and order confirmation. Gift buyers can download a PDF voucher to print or present.
The gift arrives when due. ICPED emails the recipient’s gift on the selected delivery date after payment verification. Login instructions are emailed separately when their learning access is ready. You may also send the recipient-only gift link through WhatsApp yourself when it becomes available. Share private gift links only with the intended recipient, not in public groups.
Learning instructions follow separately. ICPED normally creates or reuses the learner’s account and adds the purchased courses automatically, after verified payment, the gift date and required account arrangements.
The access window shown before payment. For individual courses and collections, 12 months begin when access to the purchased courses is activated, even for an existing account. Your learning instructions show the access dates. A scheduled gift waits until it is due; checks can delay activation. Family programme bookings are different: 2–15 named adult accounts share the 14-, 21- or 42-day window shown before payment, from the selected start date. Earlier purchases keep their original dates.
A clear refund period. Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase confirmation, including scheduled gifts. It does not start again on the gift date or first lesson. Starting or completing lessons does not remove this promise. Refunds go to the purchaser; statutory rights and non-delivery or account-authority remedies remain separate.
For ages 13–17, confirm parent/legal guardian authority or permission to arrange the account, or choose approval by email. Some age, country and authority arrangements need an ICPED check before access starts. A parent email is not routinely required for a declaration or prior-permission route. New purchases do not require a separate learner-approval step. Read the account arrangements.
Choose from Closer Together (£36, six weeks), Together for Someone We Love (£17, two weeks), Our Family Stories (£36, six weeks) or From Idea to Progress (£19, three weeks). Each is one fixed-price booking for a final list of 2–15 adults. Choose a shared date and time zone and enter every participant’s name and individual email. Include yourself if you want to learn.
ICPED emails the buyer’s confirmation after verified payment and joining instructions to each named adult on the selected start date. Weekly sections follow the shared timetable, and access stops at the agreed end even if someone signs in late. Read separately and use your own WhatsApp group, calls or another familiar method for activities. No extra participants or substitutions after payment; same-person typo corrections can be checked. Younger relatives can join suitable activities through an adult without an account.
Your order reference, purchased learning and private order link. Stripe sends the official payment receipt separately from Link; your payment may appear as “Sold through Link”.
Gift email
ICPED emails your recipient their message, course or collection name and voucher on the selected delivery date after verified payment. Login instructions follow by email when the account is ready; they do not need to pay again.
PDF voucher
A keepsake you can print, present or send privately. It records the specified learning gift; it is not cash credit or a code that enrols someone.
Learning instructions
A separate email tells the learner how to sign in and gives their course-access dates. New learners receive a secure password-setup link; existing learners keep their current login.
WhatsApp link
ICPED email delivery still happens on the selected date. On that date, your private order page also offers a recipient-only link that you can share manually: choose the intended person in WhatsApp and press Send. Keep private gift and order links out of public groups.
Sending later?
The purchase review shows your chosen delivery time and time zone. Gift delivery and recipient access wait until that time and any required checks are complete. You may download the voucher after payment, but keep it private until you intend to give it.
The refund-request period starts when you buy—not when a scheduled gift arrives. For example, a purchase confirmed on 9 October has a standard request period through 23 October. The purchase information explains the refund promise and separate consumer remedies.
What if something goes wrong?
Payment interrupted: check the original order before paying again. An unpaid checkout does not send a gift or grant access.
Email missing: check spam and the address on your order. If instructions have not arrived after 24 hours—or an expected gift is missing—email hello@icped.online with the reference. Never send a password.
Existing account uses another email: contact ICPED before access is arranged so the correct account can be checked.
No usable email or device: ask before buying. A suitable assisted arrangement must be confirmed; WhatsApp alone does not replace the learning account’s email.
